When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. 

 

When will my order be processed? 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (National Holidays EXCLUDED).

What should I do if my package was lost or stolen? 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Boss Bags & Clothing LLC DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that states DELIVERED.

What if I want a refund?

Boss Bags & Clothing values and strives to satisfy our customers. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds at this time. ALL ITEMS are checked for any rips, tears, etc. before they are packaged.
